This free service allows a patent agent and client to get together and get to explain the process and determine your needs. PEOPLE
I am the owner of Willis Patent Services, LLC and a Patent Agent. I have been working and living in Bloomington Indiana for more than 12 years. I have been a Patent Agent for more than 5 years with experience in the prosecution of patents, and more than 15 years of experience in research related to technologies in medicines, nanomaterials, nanomedicines, and sensors.
I received my BA in chemistry from Berea College, and my PhD in organic chemistry from University of Kentucky. I received a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Johns Hopkins to develop software models of protein folding patterns and non-covalent interactions. I also was awarded a Postdoc at NIH to develop a series of Cannabiniod Agonists for PET imaging. At IUB I continued to develop imaging agents for Positron Emission Tomography, 2 photon fluorescence, and MRI imaging agents, working on the synthesis of new nanoparticles, and peptides.
I obtained my registration to work as a patent agent, then worked for a boutique Patent Prosecution firm, Steinfl&Bruno LLP. I started my own firm in 2014 where I am the owner/senior patent agent.
